Once there were three little pigs.

They needed new homes.

曾经有三只小猪。

他们想要建新房子。

The first little pig made his house out of straw.

“What a fine house!”he said.

第一只小猪用稻草建了自己的新房子。

“多么漂亮的房子啊！”他说道。

The second little pig made

her house out of sticks.

“What a fine house!”she said.

第二只小猪用树枝建了自己的房子。

“多么漂亮的房子啊！”她说道。

The third little pig made

his house out of bricks.

“What a fine house!”he said.

第三只小猪用砖块建了自己的房子。

“多么漂亮的房子啊！”他也感叹道。

One day a big bad wolf came to the straw house.

“Let me in, little pig!”he said.

“No!”said the first little pig.

有一天，一只大恶狼来到了稻草房。

他说道：“小猪，让我进去！”

“不让进！”第一只小猪回答道。

“Then I'll huff and puff and blow your house down,”

said the big bad wolf.

And he did.

The little pig ran away to his sister's stick house.

“那么我要吹气了，把你的房子吹倒了。”

大坏狼说道。

然后他就照做。

小猪赶忙逃跑到了姐姐的树枝房里。

The next day the big bad wolf

went to the stick house.

“Let me in, little pigs!”he said.

“No!”said the second little pig.

第二天，大坏狼来到了树枝房。

“小猪们，让我进去！”他说道。

“不让进！”第二只小猪回答道。

“Then I'll huff and puff and blow your house down!”

said the big bad wolf.

And he did.

The little pigs ran away to their brother's brick house.

“那么我要吹气了，把你的房子吹倒了。”

大坏狼说道。

然后他也成功了。

两只小猪逃跑到了他们哥哥的砖房里。

The next day the big bad wolf went to the brick house.

“Let me in, little pigs!”he said.

“No!”said the third little pig.

第二天，大坏狼又来到了砖房。

“小猪们，让我进去！”他说道。

“不让进！”第三只小猪说道。

“Then I'll huff and puff and blow your house down!”

said the big bad wolf.

And he tried.

“那么我要吹气了，把你的房子吹倒了。”

大坏狼说道。

于是他就试着吹气。

The big bad wolf huffed and he puffed.

But he could not blow the brick house down!

大坏狼吹呀吹呀。

但是他没能把房子吹倒！

So the pig bad wolf came up with a plan.

Down,down, down, he went!

于是大坏狼想出了一个主意。

下去，下去，下去，他要到下面去！

But the three little pigs had a plan, too.

Splash!

“Hello, wolf!”they said.

但是，三只小猪也有了对策。

扑通一声，水花四溅。

“嗨喽，大坏狼！”他们说道。

The big bad wolf ran away.

And the three little pigs lived happily ever after!

大坏狼夹着尾巴逃走了。

从此以后，三只小猪过上了幸福的生活。
