今天带来的绘本是

At the Cafeteria

《在自助餐厅》

小朋友们，

Jack woke up late today.

He almost missed the school bus.

Jack今天起晚了。

他差点没赶上校车。

At school, Jack is missing something.

"Oh, no! Where is my lunchbox?" he remembers.

在学校里，Jack漏掉了一些东西。

“噢，不！我的午餐盒在哪里？”他记得。

Jack cannot eat lunch with his friends.

So today, he buys food at the cafeteria.

Jack不能和他的朋友一起吃午饭了。

所以今天他在自助餐厅买食物。

Jack sees Daisy, a girl from his class.

"Daisy, I forgot my lunchbox.

What food can I get here?" he asks.

Jack见到班里的一个名叫Daisy的女生。

“Daisy，我忘记带午餐盒了。

这里都有什么吃的呢？”他问。

"You can get soup, salad, and pasta here," Daisy says.

你可以在这里买到汤，沙拉和意大利面，“Daisy说。

"You can get snacks and desserts over there," she adds.

你可以在那里买到零食和甜点，”她补充到。

Jack asks, "Where do I pay?"

Jack问：“我在哪里付款呢？”

"We pay over here," says Daisy.

“我们在这里付款，”Daisy说。

Jack waits to pay for his food.

"Thank you for the help, Daisy."

"You're welcome, Jack," she says.

Jack等着支付食物费。

“谢谢你的帮助，Daisy。”

“不客气，Jack，”她说。

Jack follows Daisy to a table.

"May I sit here with you?" he asks.

Jack跟着Daisy走向一张桌子。

“我可以和你坐在这里吗？”他问。

"Sure, Jack!" Daisy answers.

Jack is happy with the food.

"I should eat at the cafeteria more often," he says.

”当然可以，Jack！“Daisy回答。

Jack对食物很满意。

”我应该更经常在自助餐厅吃饭，“他说。
